This Toronto area accountant was unhappy with the loss of breast volume she noted after pregnancy . At 37 she had finished having children and was ready to improve her breast appearance. After consultation with Toronto plastic surgeon Dr. Weinberg she opted for Smooth Cohesive silicone Gel breast implants by Natrelle. These were low profile 10-360 cc size and were placed with an inframammary incision beneath the muscle as her small chest size would pose difficulty in terms of tissue coverage if placed above the muscle. She recovered well and reported renewed confidence after the breast augmentation.
